Born in Chester, England, Sebastian emigrated to the U.S. in 2003 after finishing his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Oxford Brookes University. Over his 20+ years in the real estate industry, Sebastian has been involved in developing and constructing multifamily, luxury hospitality, and industrial properties. Sebastian’s experience includes a key role in developing more than 3,000 multifamily units at a total cost of $250 MM+. He is a nationally licensed General Contractor and holds commercial real estate licenses in S.C., NC, and G.A.
