James has five years of experience working as an owner’s representative project manager in the renovation and ground-up construction of industrial, commercial, and multifamily developments, as well as acquisition due diligence and facility maintenance management. Initially from Hilton Head Island, James’ passion for construction originated from his father, who worked as a contractor. He moved to Columbia, South Carolina, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Recently moving to Greenville during the pandemic, James has spent the past two years as a project manager for Seegars Fence Company for residential and commercial projects throughout the Upstate before joining the KVP Team.
