As the CFO of KVP and related entities, Shane is responsible for the accounting and finance functions. Before joining KVP, he was the CFO of a regional development company. He participated in all facets of the business, including the development and asset management of multifamily and hospitality assets. In a former role with a large family office, Shane was involved in the acquisition, disposition, and asset management of a roughly 1 billion dollar real estate portfolio comprised of multifamily, office, industrial, retail, healthcare, and ground lease assets. During his 8+ years in the real estate industry, he has been involved in the acquisition/development and asset management of more than 2,700 apartment units. He graduated from Furman University with a BA in Business Administration and earned an MBA from the University of South Carolina.
